📜 Paper Straws
Are your paper straws food-safe and certified?
Yes. They are made from food-grade paper in our BRCGS-certified facility, and our paper straws carry DIN CERTCO compostability certification (No. 7P1649). The certificates are downloadable above so your compliance team can review them directly.
How long do paper straws hold up in drinks without going soggy?
It depends on the number of layers, coating and drink temperature. Our range includes single-wall, double-wall and waterproof-coated paper straws designed for longer sips — tell us your drink type and how long it needs to last, and we will recommend the right construction.
Can I print my brand logo and colors on paper straws?
Yes — logo and full-surface printing are available across our paper straw designs, including seasonal and event patterns. Share your artwork and target markets and we will confirm the printable options for your design.
🌱 PLA Straws
Is PLA suitable for cold drinks and milk tea?
Yes. PLA performs well for iced and room-temperature beverages, with a typical working range of about -10°C to 80°C — which covers cold drinks, smoothies and boba tea. It is not meant for boiling liquids.
Are PLA straws truly compostable?
PLA is compostable under industrial composting standards such as DIN EN 13432 and ASTM D6400. It needs an industrial composting facility — it is not designed for backyard compost — so check that your local facility accepts PLA before switching.
What is the difference between PLA and CPLA for hot drinks?
CPLA is crystallized PLA with higher heat resistance, which makes it a common choice for warm drinks and cutlery. For hot beverages, CPLA is generally the safer PLA-based option — we can match the material to your menu.

Yes. PP is heat-resistant up to around 120°C, BPA-free and food-grade, which makes it a reliable choice for hot beverages and durable everyday use.
How do I choose between paper, PLA and PP?
Short version: paper for eco-friendly single use, PLA when you need a firmer compostable option for cold drinks, and PP when heat resistance and durability come first. Local plastic-straw rules may also decide it for you — tell us your market and menu, and we will recommend the right mix.
Do you offer PP straws in different sizes, colors and packaging?
Yes — straight, bent, jumbo and custom colors are available, with packaging from retail boxes to bulk export configurations. Send us your required size and pack format and we will confirm what fits your program.
